Each property is in its own separate grounds and the 2 combined are surrounded by open fields within minutes walk of both the sandy beach at Halicounas and the nature reserve of Lake Korisson.  They make an excellent choice for 2 families or larger groups who wish to holiday together but still retain some privacy as well.  The larger resort of Messonghi is just 7.5km from the 2 villas with its bars and bright lights.

The main entrance leads into a large, open plan and fully fitted kitchen/dining area (containing microwave, dishwasher and fridge-freezer).  This leads on to a large living space (containing satellite TV, DVD player) which gives access to the terrace overlooking the pool area.  Three steps lead up to a hallway giving access to 2 twin bedrooms, each with en suite shower room with hydro-massage shower and WC.  Both bedrooms have French doors leading out to a shared balcony.  There is also a separate WC with washing machine at this level.

The master double bedroom is on the first floor and also has its own en suite bathroom/WC with hydro-massage shower.  French doors give access to a covered first floor balcony with distant sea views.  There is also a study area on the first floor which has access to a second small first floor balcony.  Each of the 3 bedrooms has individual air conditioning.

Each villa has wi-fi internet access,  fax machine, printer, and childrens garden toys including playhouse and slide.  A bui,lt in BBQ is also in each garden - perfect for al-fresco meals.

A private drive leads to each villa and the pool and poolside shower is surrounded by lawn and flower beds.

The closest taverna is around 350m from the property – with shops and supermarkets being within 10 minutes drive.

Car hire is essential for holidays at these properties.
