Perched on the hillside in a dramatic position above Milia beach, this small complex of four separate buildings created by Michael and Vivienne Menayas is of the highest quality. The apartments are on two floors and are elegantly furnished with impeccable taste.

The large sea-water kidney shaped  pool surrounded by terraces with sunloungers and umberellas has a pool bar offering snacks and drinks. A steepish fifteen minutes walk brings you to Milia beach, a delightful bay surrounded by pine trees.

The four buildings contain twelve apartments. Studio apartments are on the ground floor and have two single beds, kitchenette, shower room and large terrace.

Two- room apartments are also on the ground floor and comprise of a bedroom with single beds, living/dining room with a double sofa bed, open-plan kitchenette, shower room and large terrace.

Three room apartments occupy the whole of the upper level of each building and are very spacious. The large living/dining room has two sofa beds, open-plan kitchenette, master bedroom with double bed and ensuite wc, a further bedroom with single beds and a bathroom with hip bath and shower. Very large arcaded terraces with bench seating offer spectacular views.

All apartments are equipped with large celing fans in bedroom areas plus satellite TV and safe deposit box.
