Situated on the tranquil southern slopes of Cape Kalamaki with glorious sea views across to Evia and Pelion, this modern villa is furnished to a high standard, offering a spacious and comfortable accommodation. The large living room has a comfortable sofa and chairs and a lovely oak dining room table and chairs.

The open-plan kitchen is fully-equipped and has a full cooker, large frige, microwave and washing machine. Patio doors lead onto the large terrace with its loungers and chairs and offers wonderful views.

There is a seperate patio with table and chairs, perfect for outdoor dining, plus a further paved area with a rockery. Steps lead down to a lower garden level opening onto the forest headland.

Marble stairs lead down to the bedrooms which all have mosquito screens and patio doors opening onto a terrace. The master bedroom has a double bed, en suite shower room and air-conditioning. There are two further bedrooms with fans, plus two further shower rooms. All have hairdryers. A path leads down to the lovely Koutsouri beach with its excellent family taverna which is open all day and on special Greek evenings.
