Villa Folia has a dream location lying 1000m from Megalos Mourtias beach at the edge of Palia Alonissos (the old village). Perfectly positioned for those not wishing to rely on transport, everything is within walking distance of the house. It is a few minutes walk to the centre of the Palia Alonissos via a network of charming winding paths; a short walk by road and footpath to the beach and a scenic 45 minute walk along the donkey track to Patiri Harbour.

Nestling in the hillside at the foot of the Palia Alonissos, Villa Folia is a few minutes walk from the centre of the village and a short walk from the beach.  This exceptional, elegantly furnished villa has a chinese theme, featuring hardwood lacquered furniture, silk bedding and stone statues imported from China. 

Spacious, fully equipped, and able to accommodate a large number of people in complete luxury, the house boasts spectacular panoramic views. Designed and built to the highest standards in sympathy with local architecture, Villa Folia is surrounded by beautiful gardens, landscaped using natural island stone.  The gardens are planted with fruit and nut trees, vines, ornamental trees and shrubs, as well as flowers, herbs, and vegetables. Both the villa and gardens feature authentic stone and marble chinoiserie. 

All terraces feature stunning views of the Aegean sea and Palia Alonissos. The Upper Terrace spans the width of the villa. An expansive shaded area, it is ideal for outdoor activities such as painting and yoga as well as dining and lounging.  Overlooking the pool, the Lower Terrace offers relaxation space outside bedrooms 2, 3, and 4.  The Poolside Terrace is partially covered by a tiled pergola and decked with hardwood.  It is furnished for rest and recreation and includes mattresses for outdoor siestas.  The secluded East Terrace is tucked away to the side of the house with stone steps leading to the pool. It features a chinese stone table and chairs situated amongst ornamental trees and shrubs.
