Skiathos, a true beach lovers’ paradise, with so many sandy beaches that no-one can agree on their exact number, is ideal for any family or couples Greek islands holidays. Skopelos, abundantly clad in pine, olive and fruit trees, has an unspoilt and picturesque old town and a rugged coastline of beautiful beaches with crystal clear water, perfect for swimming and snorkelling; whilst Alonissos is quiet and tranquil, with a succession of pretty little coves and a more traditional way of life.

Mykonos and Santorini in the sun-drenched Cyclades offer sandy beaches, dazzling white Cycladic architecture, cliff top villages and sumptuous hotels.

Crete, the most southerly and largest of all the Greek islands, not only is it steeped in history with ancient Knossos and Venetian fortresses, but also has spectacular natural scenery: rugged mountains, profound gorges and wonderful beaches.

Kefalonia is the largest of the Ionian islands with fir-capped mountains, picturesque headlands, golden bays and fantastic beaches.

Corfu is the most northerly of the Ionian islands and even during the hot dry summers, remains one of the greenest of the Mediterranean islands with over 3 million evergreen olive trees.

Paxos is a small island situated 11 km to the south of Corfu and one that having visited once, many decide to return for their holidays to Paxos. The scenery is especially captivating with dry stone walls and olive groves criss-crossing the hillsides.

Samos the southernmost green island, lies in the eastern Aegean, just off the coast of Turkey. It's dramatic coastline is attractively dented by long sandy beaches, picturesque hamlets and fishing harbours. Inland, mountainous ridges are surrounded by gentle rolling hills.
